Q and decision-support notice

Q provides commercial information and decision support using information available within BlueIxia Intelligence. Its outputs may include assumptions and estimates and should be considered in that context. Q does not provide legal, tax, investment, insurance or regulated financial advice. Payment pricing, eligibility, underwriting and service availability remain subject to the relevant provider.

Q organises and interprets information available within BlueIxia Intelligence in order to support commercial judgement. It is described as a decision-support tool rather than as an adviser, and that description is deliberate.

Q may:

• generate estimates and apply assumptions
• identify patterns in the information available to it
• summarise information supplied by the user
• produce output that is incomplete
• occasionally produce output that is incorrect

Q output should not be the sole basis for any material commercial, financial, legal or regulatory decision, and should be verified against source information and, where relevant, against a formal provider quotation.

Q identifies whether an answer rests on verified information, user-supplied information, an assumption, an inference, or insufficient information, so that the basis of an output is visible to the user.

Q does not carry out merchant underwriting and does not make provider approval, pricing or risk decisions. Those decisions are made by the relevant authorised provider under its own criteria.

Information submitted to Q is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice and the BlueIxia Intelligence Terms. Where processing involves a service provider, that arrangement is reflected in the Privacy Notice.

Users should not submit personal information that is not relevant to the analysis requested.
