BlueIxia Intelligence

An authenticated environment for BlueIxia clients: assess costs, plan transactions, submit statements for review and reach assigned provider environments in one place.
Q
Your BlueIxia Intelligence assistant.
Q does not answer a payment question before it understands the transaction. It questions first, buyer location, presence, entity type, currency, history, current provider and confirmation requirements, and only then sets out routes worth considering.
Q provides commercial information and decision support based on information available to BlueIxia. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, insurance or regulated financial advice. Provider availability, pricing, underwriting and regulated services remain subject to the relevant provider.
Illustrative exchange
"I am selling an artwork for £60,000. How should I take payment?"
Q asks:
- Is the buyer present?
- Where is the buyer located?
- Is the buyer an individual or a company?
- What currency is being used?
- Has the collector bought from you previously?
- What provider and pricing are you on today?
- Is immediate payment confirmation required?
Q then structures its output as:
Assessment · Payment route to consider · Why · Alternatives · Commercial considerations · Provider considerations · Information still required
