Founder, BlueIxia
Lindor Mehmetaj
Founder of BlueIxia, with experience across merchant services, international fine art, law and business in the United Kingdom, Dubai and Kosovo.

Lindor founded BlueIxia to bring market understanding and commercial judgement into decisions about payment infrastructure.
Raised in London, his career developed across financial services, the international art market, law, public affairs and entrepreneurship. That combination informs a practical, relationship-led approach to specialist markets.
Before founding BlueIxia, he spent several years in the international fine-art market, representing blue-chip artists and working with international collectors. This provided direct experience of high-value transactions, specialist client relationships and cross-border commerce.
His payments work developed around merchant pricing, underwriting, onboarding and the relationship between a business and its acquiring or payment provider.
Legal education and exposure to corporate transactions further shaped the disciplined approach behind BlueIxia.
International experience
Built across markets.
Raised in London, Lindor has developed his career across the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Kosovo.
Over the past several years, he has operated internationally, including substantial business experience in Dubai, while maintaining strong commercial links with London.
Today, through BlueIxia, that international perspective is applied across two distinct markets: specialist merchant services for the UK's professional fine-art sector and SME payment digitalisation in Kosovo.
The result is a business designed around local market understanding while remaining connected to established international payment infrastructure.
