Client access terms

Client access is granted to business and professional users, at BlueIxia's discretion, and only to individuals authorised by the client organisation.

Access may be declined, restricted or withdrawn where that is reasonably necessary for security, legal, risk or commercial reasons.

Before an account is created, the user must give affirmative acceptance of the BlueIxia Intelligence Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Acceptance is recorded together with the terms version, the account and user, and the date and time.

Acceptance boxes are never pre-selected, and links to the relevant documents are presented at the point of acceptance.

Where terms are materially revised, renewed acceptance may be required before continued use.

The following order of precedence applies to the subject matter concerned:

• a signed client agreement, for the service it covers
• the terms of the relevant authorised provider, for the regulated service that provider supplies
• the BlueIxia Intelligence Terms, for BlueIxia Intelligence and Q
• the Terms of Use, for ordinary website use
• the Privacy Notice, for privacy disclosures

The client organisation is responsible for managing its authorised users, for the accuracy of the information it supplies, and for ensuring that it is entitled to provide any document or personal data it submits.

Credentials must not be shared, and suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly.

Client access to BlueIxia does not create a payment services relationship with BlueIxia. Merchant accounts, underwriting, processing, settlement and related regulated services are provided by the relevant authorised provider under its own agreement.
