• interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on our systems
• make excessive automated requests
• commit or attempt fraud, or impersonate any person or organisation
• use the website or platform for any unlawful purpose
• upload material that infringes the rights of a third party
• attempt to extract proprietary BlueIxia data or use it to train or develop a competing system
• carry out security or penetration testing without our prior written permission
• misuse Q, including attempts to obtain output for unlawful purposes
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical limitations or access controls

Where we reasonably suspect a breach of this policy, we may, to the extent legally appropriate:

• restrict, suspend or block access
• investigate the circumstances
• preserve relevant evidence
• notify and cooperate with lawful authorities
• take legal action, including seeking recovery of costs and losses

Contractual rights in relation to a paid service remain governed by the applicable client agreement.
